We took all of the groceries that we got from Costco in part 1 of this video, and made some really healthy breakfast and smoothie recipes. This whole smoothie is a piece of shit for one no one should drink almond milk it’s got like three almonds in it and who needs that many berries with all that sugar and Chia seeds are full of oxalates that will give you kidney stones and bladder stones and the dude talks about calories no one cares about calories when they’re on a keto diet grow up

  3. Tip: when you pick up a bag of something and say we are going to add some of this and then put it back down after, you should announce to audience exactly what it is you are picking up. And when you pick it up, turn the front of bag towards the camera so we can see it.
    I would like to see a healthy high calorie smoothie recipe. thanks
