  17. That is the cruellest thing I have seen for a very long time.
    Deliberately bidding yourself if you think lobsters don’t feel absolute agony being boiled alive 🤬
    (Loads and proof exists of this, you just choose to ignore it.)

    Something particularly insidious about this as lobster is such a expensive ‘luxury’, makes me think there’s a sadistic kink in rich people, like they LIKE that an animal is boiled alive for their pleasure 🤬
    And no, I do NOT eat lobster on principle.
    Nor meat.
    (If you ever visited an abattoir you wouldn’t either! I had a n appt made for me with a prospective customer one day but had no clue they were a slaughterhouse!!
    Pulled up into what looked at first was a dairy farm then realised very quickly and with horror that the cows were being herded in to their deaths!!
    The cows could all sense it too. They were terrified, the sounds they were making broke my heart.

    But at least they had immediate deaths

    (The owner actually said he refused I slaughter pigs on principle, because they are super intelligent, and too much can go wrong and he was actually traumatised by one such occasion. Massive pig screaming and thrashing around in absolute agony and terror… won’t repeat the full story, pretty much traumatised me too!!! (I loved bacon, too, but the thought of it makes me nauseous now!)

    But this utterly sadistic
    practice of boiling a sentient creature alive has GOT to be stopped 🤬🤬🤬
