  1. I have just started making myself a homemade smoothie every morning and I tried putting a carrot in. I couldn't taste it at all but it made it a really weird texture almost grainy or pulpy which I didn't really like. Any advice or ideas???

  2. Howdy Nikole, this is the second smoothie video of yours that I watched. I just want to comment on how impressed I am with the eco-ideas you've incorporated into your recipes. I saw in the previous video that you've used a reusable straw, and in this video, you've also used a reusable silicone bag, in addition to those reusable straws! Your baby's going to be so proud of you! I'm hitting "subscribe" and would also like to recommend those wonderful reusable cloth diapers that'd be good for the baby, the budget and the planet! Thank you again!

  3. Well very nice smoothies, great ideas, thanks. But butternut squash is vegetable?! Since when?! And I have a question here, I see that you steam and freeze all of your veggies and fruits are also all frozen. Is there any particular reason for steaming ALL of veggies and freezing all ingredients. Would it change something in texture if I don't steam and/or freeze zucchini for example?
    Sorry I have too many questions I just realize. Thx for the effort and nice recipes anyway.

  4. I'm sipping the peanut butter one (I put almond butter since I'm allergic to peanuts) and it doesn't taste the zucchini AT ALL!! LIKE NONE!!! Super refreshing for a post HIIT work-out. I would just say for me, it was a bit big, so I would only make half the recipe (I have a really small appetite).
