  1. I am going 7 days to 21 to 30 days of just smoothies and light veggies and low calorie meals. I will try to do as many days with smoothies and water and black tea. I will do days with tv dinners and low calorie meals i make. I am gonna try these recipes. I might just add vanilla protein in it to hit my protein goals. I love your videos. Please make more. Yes, google has so much recipes and information. Pininterest has so many juice and smoothie recipes. I will make some juices too. I got ninja and juicer. I want to buy Vitamix. I think in July im buy vitamix.
