3 cups Strawberries, frozen or fresh
1/3 cup Lemon juice (Add more if preferred)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt

2. Blueberry pomegranate smoothie

1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranates
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup

3. Green Smoothie (kiwi spinach smoothie)

1 cucumber
1 banana
4 ripe kiwis
2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach
