Cherry Lime Smoothie
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup mango
1 lime, zest and juice
Honey to taste

Grapefruit Sunrise Smoothie
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup frozen peach
3/4 cup grapefruit juice
Honey to taste

Citrus Beet Smoothie
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup diced steamed and peeled beets
1 blood orange, peeled and chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Plum Perfect Smoothie
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup diced plums
1/2 cup blackberries
1 banana
Honey to taste

Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie
1 cup raspberries
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon cream cheese
Honey to taste

Adding these to our to try list. We always do a peach, pineapple and orange juice smoothie because I love peaches!  You previously shared that adding bananas give a bit of a creamy texture….WINNING!!!! We now do smoothie prep days and stock the freezer full.  Thank you for your amazing recipes, tips and tricks!

  4. I started typing out this whole comment about making these into protein shakes and then she started making one with protein powder! Sooooooooo, I had to delete my comment and put this one…………….although, this one is kind of meaningless, but oh well!

  5. I am new to all this and brought a ninja 16oz blender. Do you have suggestions on what amounts I use as per your ingredients?
    i think following the sugg from your site it may be to much for just a 2 cup little blender.Also wanted to know if I am usung frozen fruit should i also use ice?
