Hey guys! In this video, I share with you 5 easy high protein fruit smoothie recipes, and each uses just 5 ingredients or less! Protein smoothies are my GO-TO for eating healthy, and losing weight, and I enjoy each of these ALL the time!

Smoothie No. 1: PB&J

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 2: FIT + SLIM

1 cup milk of choice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 3: CHOCOLATE + COFFEE

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp freeze-dried coffee (or replace 1/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup strong chilled coffee)
1/2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 4: GREEN MACHINE

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie No. 5: VANILLA CUPCAKE

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Excelleny way to stay slim, nourished from inside out, and set your mind that smoothies are a full liquidised meal and goes into your body with almost immediate effcect better than any meal that required to be digested. For me it is NO NO so arrogantly called "animal products". Why on earth would I feed my living body with a dead body taht was slauthered by criminal human or not minds ?!?!?!?

  2. Hi. I enjoyed this video a great deal and found it helpful as I start my weight loss journey. What could I substitute bananas in your recipes? I’m severely allergic to avocado oil and due to that I have to avoid bananas, mangos, kiwi and strawberries (nutritionist says they are all part of the same pollen). Thank you.

  3. to lose weight be careful with the bananas. they are calorie dense (i thought i was doing myself a favor with more banana so i wouldn't feel hungry – gained weight >_<) so you don't want to use more than 1, I usually use half of one, and its plenty sweet!

My girlfriend recently gave me as a gift a blender capable of making smoothies now this is new to me and the directions that came in the package said to add ice but using frozen fruits as you said makes perfect sense in fact you've won me over as a subscriber, I look forward to your new videos as I've tapped the notification button 👍

  5. Hi. I really enjoy your channel. I just began IF and OMAD. I'm turning 61, am very obese, and having issues with degenerate disk dease. I have a smoothie a day, for me this is the combo I use:. 1 banana, 1/2 c goat milk, 2/2 c goat yogurt, 1c of EITHER frozen blueberries or cherries, and 1 c of mixed summer berries. Thank you for you vids.
