  1. Why would you put your tongs away" Three things on my cutting board: boning knife, tongs, bamboo spatula. Oh, and a pile of terry cloth bar towels on a shelf right over the board. The kitchen is best that expresses functional minimalism.

  2. 2:05 I'm guessing they get sponsored by OXO or something.. Those tongs are like any other damn tongs on amazon lol..

    Can't even CLOSE them with one hand, only can open them with one hand.

    So it just hits everything when you set them down since it takes up quite bit of room when they're opened.

  3. This is my favorite segment from the show and this video is like having 5 segments strung together. One thing I noticed, on the toddy cold brew system, it looks like you have to pull a plug out of the bottom which is where the coffee is going to come out. Seems like that could easily either a) become a huge mess or b) end up dropping the cork into the carafe meaning you'll have to go fish it out. In either case, it seems like there'd be a better way to do that.
