  1. on american test if you sprinkle a pinch of baking soda on your meat and massage it in. it changes the PH helps brown the meat….. Even sprinkle on onions when trying to saute them.. burgers, meatloaf ,meatballs..

  2. this is similar to Gulaš, but this is something that takes time, love and no garlic, cause this overtake taste and this is not good. I am fan of old school cooking, especially European cousine. I think americans start this "garlic" obsession from Italia, but they know where, when and how much. Garlic is already like….disrespected lol

  3. There’s always going to be someone nagging, crying, complaining, and throwing their two cents in. If people don’t like certain ingredients they don’t have to add it. They can adjust to their likings, diet restrictions or flavor preferences. You can’t please everyone and shouldn’t care what people have to say. Your sharing recipes and they can take what they want from it and make it comfortable for them. Plain and simple. Thank you for always sharing delicious recipes Nicole! As for the negative people they can kick rocks 😂

  4. Hello my dear, I had a crockpot that snaped down like yours. I found out the hard way … that you are only suppose to snap it down only when you are transporting it. The seal came away from rhe lid and I had to buy another one. ♡♡♡

  5. These are delicious recipes! But please know, you are NOT supposed lock up the crock pot like that when it is cooking. I thought you were supoosed to do that until I full read the instructions for my crock pot one day. That is for transporting the crock pot only. You just put the lid on when cooking it. Otherwise, there is a chance of the steam and heat to burst the glass cover if it is locked. Don't do that lol. Helpful tip 😊. Thanks for the wonderful recipes!! Xoxo
