This recipe makes 2 servings:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (255 g)
1 cup frozen raspberries (130 g)
1 1/2 cups / 375 g high-protein (lactose-free) Greek yogurt, the yogurt I used contains 13 g protein per 100 g
1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)
2 tablespoon chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
