  1. I made the Korean Beef Bowls & served it over angel hair rice noodles. It was amazing! Even my 93 year old father in law said he liked it which I did not expect. I experimented with the Gochujang sauce, not knowing quantity of ingredients & not knowing what it was supposed to taste like but that really gave the dish an amazing flavor. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

  2. I have to take meds to get thru dental appointments. Triazolam is what they give me. Can't get thru a filling without it. I have to apologize for what I say while I'm there, because I am totally out of it, but it helps with the anxiety for sure.

  3. For red lentils, I made an easy soup last weekend using turkey bone broth (from Christmas), red lentils, carrots, celery and bell pepper (I forgot the onion). For seasoning I used a bit of Uncle Tony's. I actually just bought my first jar of Uncle Tony's seasoning (I'm Canadian) and would love a video of recipes that all call of Uncle Tony's seasoning.

  4. I love your content and appreciate your focus on cooking healthy meals. I finally looked into Thrive Market: not for me. It's so much more expensive than Costco or Sams! I did not find anything that I could not get locally, and the pricing was higher in my opinion. True to their word they did refund me my $60 annual fee that had to be charged to fully explore their site. I used to love services like Peapod and the followers back in the day for groceries. Was hoping this was a replacement for that service.

  5. I’m a childfree atheist and I truly cannot tell you how much I love your channel. I love how positive and fun you are. I sometimes imagine what my life would look like growing up with a parent like you! You seem so accepting to everyone no matter what as long as they’re a kind person

  6. For the dried garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas), rehydrate them, bring them to a brief boil, drain, and turn them into hummus. Just add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and a little salt.

I refuse to eat sloppy joes, as I consider the dish bad luck. The last time I ate it was in December 1999, and an hour after I finished I had a heart attack. Haven't had them since!
