  1. I like to freeze fruit that I use for smoothies. It makes the fruit sweeter & makes the smoothie nice & cold without using ice which would just water it down.
    A simple smoothie would just be like 4-5 bananas(frozen) with some non dairy milk, I like to use vanilla almond milk. Tastes just like a milkshake yet healthy & a perfect way to start your day!

  2. freelee eats so amazing who cares about the squats. her amazing bod comes from what she eats and cycling. she is doing squats but it seems like just cardio because her form. but even though women can't get abs naturally, her physique comes from her kitchen and bike.

  3. can you change the amount of ingredients for a 'normal' person? Most of your amounts are ridiculous, like 10 bananas haha. Id love to try them but i need less of ingredients because there's no way Im making all this

  4. anyone if you could answer i would really apreciate it when there is not any fat in the smoothies can our bodies absorb the nutrients of the fruits and vegetables? if i were to put a tablespoon of olive oil in the smoothie would it ruin everything? would the smoothie be stored in my body as fat?

    I have no idea if you'll see this or not but I just wanted to ask for your help. So I go to an all girls school and I really want to spread the word about veganism but I don't know how to. What do you suggest? Also my parents won't let me go vegan my dad got so mad at me but I don't drink milk unless dad makes me (I drink either soy milk or rice milk which is sooo good) I'm vegetarian. Your amazing xx
