  1. Safety PSA: I'm pretty sure that is a wire brush Julia uses on the grill before the chicken. They can be dangerous when bristles break off on the grill and then stick in the food. When swallowed they can lodge in tissues, lodging in the esophagus, stomach, or guts.

  2. Thank you for changing the thumbnail (getting rid of AI thumbnail)—one of the reasons I like your brand is that you use people for everything—like illustrations, etc. Foodways are the most humanistic of arts. Keep AI out of it.
