What fat content is the beef you’re using?
I want to get a proper Tamagoyaki pan, but my country mostly use electric stoves instead of gas, so I’m not sure it’d be possible to heat it properly without wasting a lot of heat 😢

Very nice, Sayaka. Yes, onigiri can just as well be square and there are a million variants one can do, all after taste or what one can find. Yes, larger nori sheets are needed, but that is good. I like when there is an abundance of filling/ingredients. Eggs and shio kombu is an excellent kombo. The "taco" and cheese variants are inventive! Other great ingredients are mentaiko and shirasu.
