  2. That looks like "pelmeni" in russian cuisine but to pelmeni you don't need that cutters. You don't need to cut the dough to make the circles. When people make pelmeni with meat they roll the dough then cut it with the knife for many square pieces and then wrap it by sticking two edges. But I don't cook it I buy it. But I don't like eat so much. You always make your food so charming and interesting! I always want to eat with you! 😀😀🙆🙆
