This an express couscous . The real one it take more than 1 h . Never put the couscous directly in the water you have steam it
there isnt a better way to cook couscous than the traditional way with The couscoussiers

forgot to say take it off the heat after adding the water since it's instant, also always fluff it with a fork not a spoon!
