1 8 oz. Block cream cheese
1 tsp. Peppermint flavoring (if using regular Oreos)
12 oz. Dipping Chocolate

👍❤️Cherry Cream Cheese Fudge: 1 package cream cheese, 32 oz. white chocolate, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract (optional: maraschino cherries or nuts)

1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 oz cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and mix on low speed until incorporated before returning to medium-high speed, mixing until fluffy. Refrigerate the filling 1 hour.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Grease your hands with cooking spray. Scoop the mixture using a small cookie scoop and roll it into bite-sized balls. Allow to chill for about 4 hours to firm up. Roll the balls in toppings or coat them in chocolate.
