  1. hey how long do you blend and at what speed? My smoothies are always thick as fuck i'd like them thinner but i can't get the consistency i want.
    I also have the same blender as you do but, my smoothies are much more bitty than yours, what gives? 🙁

    Handful blueberries
    1 Scoop peanut butter
    Load of kale
    40/50g of oats
    Quater teaspoon turmeric
    Crack of black pepper
    Scope of protein powder
    10 grams of chia seeds
    Top up with water

    Boom 💥

  3. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (from mixed berry frozen bag), scoop of choc or vanilla whey protein, ice, some low fat no sugar yogurt, one banana and almond milk. I have one of these most days to get all my fruit in plus some protein how many calories would you say this is?

  4. my tastiest high protein shake looks like this:

    50g strawberry-cream whey isolate (from MyProtein)
    175g high-protein greek yoghurt (danone yopro is good)
    200g mixed frozen berries
    200ml soy lite

    470 cal, 69P/34C/5F
    cut the yoghurt to lose 120 cal+21P for a slightly lower cal version

  5. Hey mate, I got into all this "knowing more about how nutrition stuff works" like 2 years ago, watched a lot of your channel, got myself lean, and without getting into any detail, I just want to say that your channel is awesome! So much no-bull truth ^_^, cheers, keep it up.
