All are great. I personally like using water instead of milk/almond milk/oat milk.
Csshew milk is lower calorie than almond milk, and creamier too

hey how long do you blend and at what speed? My smoothies are always thick as fuck i'd like them thinner but i can't get the consistency i want.

Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (from mixed berry frozen bag), scoop of choc or vanilla whey protein, ice, some low fat no sugar yogurt, one banana and almond milk. I have one of these most days to get all my fruit in plus some protein how many calories would you say this is?

my tastiest high protein shake looks like this:
50g strawberry-cream whey isolate (from MyProtein)
175g high-protein greek yoghurt (danone yopro is good)
200g mixed frozen berries
200ml soy lite
470 cal, 69P/34C/5F
cut the yoghurt to lose 120 cal+21P for a slightly lower cal version
