  1. Pumpkin Spice Heath Cake

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup whole milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    4 larges eggs
    15 oz canned pumpkin
    1 box spice cake mix
    8 oz toffee bits

    Directions:
    1. Combine sugar, oil, sour cream, milk, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and eggs in a stand mixer.
    2. Add spice cake mix and combine.
    3. Fold in toffee bits.
    4. Pour battered into a greased 9×13 (?) pan. Bake at 350°F for 28 minutes. (Mine took ~40 in 9×13 pan)

    Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Frosting

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup butter (room temp)
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 cups powdered sugar

    Directions:
    1. In stand mixer, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
    2. Add vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until smooth.
    3. Add powdered sugar (in batches) until frosting is fluffy.
    4. Spread over completely cooled Pumpkin Spice Heath Cake.
    5. Garnish with chopped Heath bars.

  3. The last recipe, the apple cream cheese Bundt cake, says to bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. I watched it again to be sure I didn’t miss something. I didn’t. Is that correct? I’ve never baked a cake of any kind for 8-10 and it be fully cooked. 😕 I’m intrigued by the pumpkin spice magic cake and enjoyed the video immensely.
