Hello and welcome everyone to Eileen’s Easy Recipes, I’m Eileen and this is your place to find easy, fast, and delicious recipes. I’m convinced you’ll enjoy today’s recipe as much as I do: RIBEYE STEAK With Parmesan Cheese Green Beans, which also includes mushrooms, onions, and a garlic butter sauce. I used Ribeye Steak, but New York strip steak would also work well; your steak will be soft, juicy, and tasty. Say no more, and let’s see how it’s done!

Instructions For Ribeye Steak:
• Start off by cleaning the mushrooms with a dampp paper towel, making sure you remove all dirt from top to bottom and stem them.
• Then, cut the mushrooms. You can cut them as thick or as thin as you like; I like mine a little on the thicker side. Set your mushrooms aside.
• Next, cut half of an onion and drizzle with Olive oil. Set your onions aside.
I like to prepare my mushrooms and onions prior to starting on the steaks, that way it’ll be ready when I’m done cooking the Ribeye Steaks.
• Now, your steaks are ready to be seasoned. I like to season with salt and pepper on both sides.
• Heat up your pan, and once it’s very hot, add 2 tablespoons of butter and place your steaks in.
I also like to cut the fat around the edges at an angle so that my steak does not curl up in the center.
• Once your steak is almost done, add half a teaspoon of garlic to your butter and coat your steaks on both sides with your garlic butter, this makes your steaks so juicy and flavorful!

Instructions For Mushroom and onion sauce:
• Leave a small amount of butter and garlic on your pan from the steaks
• Add the onions you cut before (which were drizzled with a little olive oil)
• Sauté until it’s translucent and then add your mushrooms
• Add about 3 tablespoons of water just to softenp them up completely
• Remove from heat.

Instructions For Parmesan cheese Green Bean:
I use frozen green beans, but you could use fresh ones
• Sauté till they thaw out and season with salt and onion powder.
• Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. You can use grated Parmesan cheese as well.
• Toss so that they are well coated.

Now that everything is ready, all you have to do is enjoy your meal! Bon appétit!
