  1. After eating vegan burgers minus any cheese for 30+ years I can not get used to trying all the new vegan cheeses everyone recommends.I do love your recipesand like how you name the cheese you use . Thank you !!!❤❤❤

  2. This is the best video on cooking these things I've found. I'm not vegan but I made a beyond meat burger a few years ago with avocado and it was hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had. But I wasn't sure if the ground "beef" version can be formed and shaped into a patty and grilled without crumbling. This is the only the video that shows how it's done, and also just in general is a sick video. Cheers!

  3. Dude, I’m not the sure why I enjoyed this video so much but it sure put me in a good mood. Maybe it’s just because it’s cold outside, I’m hungry and some grilled vegan burgers sound just about perfect right now. Thanks for all the tips! 🍔

  4. Seeded buns for me, every time. I hardly get to eat out and if I can have seeded buns to make my meal that little bit more special I'm all for it. Plus it helps keep the height of the total burger manageable because I can spread the same amount of toppings over a larger area.

Besides, what kind of whopper doesn't have sesame seeds, I mean come on.

  5. I don’t know why anyone would want to melt vegan cheese on a burger. Melted vegan cheese is terrible. Sticky, nasty stuff. (Unless done in an enclosed toastie or quesadilla). I will have an unmelted slice of cheese every single day over a melted one.

  6. Another thing that so rarely is done in vegan circles is smoking! Plant based burgers are also great reverse seared. I like to use mesquite wood to smoke them for a while and then sear over the fire to seal in that goodness. It's every bit as good as smoking any animal meat.

  7. I don't own a grill yet but, one of my friends, who is a self-proclaimed grilling "snob", says you must never use wire brushes because there is a chance that the wires could break off and end up in the food. What are your experiences/thoughts?

  8. Great vid, exactly what I've been after. Had a burger recently that I thought was meat because they flame grilled it and if tasted amazing! Question – got a vid on your homemade patty recipe?

  9. Pretty much common sense but really nice to have everything summarized in one video. More often than I’d like common sense goes out the window when I’m cooking and hopefully this will keep me on track. Thanks Dude!
