He is Nguyen Van Lap, a famous chef who was well-known for winning Iron Chef Vietnam 2013. He has a great passion with Vietnam cuisine and spend 23 years to learn and cook Vietnamese cuisine. He has taught cooking in a school in Ho Chi Minh for years. He started his career by practicing clip fruit and decorating food nightly, then participating in some contest with big prize and get famous. I don't know if he had family or not, so u should find it later yourself.
