Is there a name for the cut and fold technique with the parchment paper? That was very clean.
@PreppyKitchen – I’m curious, and I’ve been looking and found nothing, but everytime you line a dish/tin, you cut it perfectly with folds etc – where do I find this knowledge that I can learn that will make my life ten times easier when baking? Please. Someone. Enlighten me. This exact method he uses.
You must have a “special” fridge! Any contraption where cookies or desert bars could exist that long is either special or the door is broken.

Can you use cocoa powder instead of chips?
I bet the peanut butter filling itself, minus the chocolate, would be awesome as a peanut butter sandwich (minus the jelly) – or as a spread for vanilla cookies, or celery.
