milk: 900 ml (30 fl oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 15 MIN
butter: 200 g (7.1 oz)
The glaze:
dark chocolate: 230 g (8.1 oz)
whipping cream: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
gelatine: 20 g (0.7 oz)
water: 40 ml (1.4 fl oz)
melted white chocolate: 80 g (2.8 oz)
