Pulpe de pui dezosate cu ciuperci intr-un sos divin si un piure cremos. Ne apucam de treaba?
📝Lista ingrediente:
– pulpe de pui dezosate;
– 400 – 500 g de ciuperci;
– o ceapa mai mica;
– 2-3 catei de usturoi;
– un cub de unt;
– 2 linguri de ulei;
– un pahar de vin alb;
– supa de legume (puteti folosi si apa in care fierb cartofii pentru piure);
– sare si piper;
– patrunjel proaspat.
Pentru piure: cartofi, un cub de unt, sare, putina apa in care au fiert cartofii.
🧑🏻🍳Mod de pregatire:
Condimentam pulpele de pui cu sare si piper si le punem la rumenit pe ambele parti. Cand sunt gata, le scoatem pe o farfurie si, in aceeasi tigaie punem si ciupercile.
Le lasam pana cand se evapora apa (4-5 minute), le condimentam si apoi adaugam si ceapa si usturoiul. Dupa 2 minute continuam cu vinul alb si asteptam putin sa se evapore alcoolul. Pentru un sos mai cremos folosim si un cub de unt si 2-3 polonice mici de supa de pui sau de apa. Noi am folosit apa in care am fiert cartofii pentru piure.
La final punem si pulpele de pui si adaugam verdeata din belsug. Piureul este si el gata, asa ca nu ne ramane decat sa va invitam la masa.
Pregatim farfuria perfecta: 2 linguri generoase de piure, o pulpa de pui, cateva ciuperci si, bineinteles, sosul plin de arome.
Rezultatul? O bunatate. Perfecta pentru zilele in care nu mai stim ce sa mai gatim. Urmariti Cosanzenele Gatesc pentru mai multe delicii.
