i love your videos so much. Honestly they take the pressure of a rough day and they give me so many cooking ideas and exposure to meat places i wouldnt of thought of ordering from.
We put the crab legs in a large baking dish (a large rectangular Pyrex cake pan), cover them with beer, lime juice, sliced lemons, and smashed garlic cloves. Then we smother in Old Bay, cayenne and cover with tin foil. Bake at 350° until desired temperature is reached, and then you can throw em on the grill with wood chips for that smoky flavor! 😋 Absolutely try doing a side by side comparison of crab meat with lemon juice and some with lime juice… the flavor is just🤌🏻
W dad w YouTube channel w food reviews 😊

Ive always thought smoking crab would be pointless. Sometimes simples is better.
Crack that meat 1st, smoke, and baste with butter through out the smoke 👌
Did you have a pan of water in the smoker?
@bythewater Peekytoe crab, it's sweet and salty. Would you do a review for a follower who lives locally too 😅.
Only one way, Steam and melted butter period

Smoke them but brush on a Traeger Saskatchewan rub and butter mixture before you throw them on.
Looks tasty😋
I love your channel
Adding smoked salt might get you some smokey flavor
Smoke the butter
Smoking makes everything like rubber
Good try though…and yea fried crab is the same the dryness takes a lot of the texture and flavor away.

Twenty. Pounds. Good lord, man. Congrats on the success once again
Smoke it definitely too harsh for a delicate meat like crab.It would completely cover it up
this dude is like the number 1 enemy of all crabs
Due to the cost, we only have those once a year at Christmas. I like to toss the leftover legs on the grill for a minute or two.
I wish I could afford crab legs, i love them soooo much.
I would try a smoked dip of some kind with it. I’ve done smoked queso often and it’s killer.
