3 tablespoons butter
2.5 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup bone broth
5-6 ounces cheese
Salt
Add butter to sauce pan over medium-low heat. Once melted, whisk well and add flour a little bit at a time, whisking constantly. Once add flour is added, cook for a couple minutes until it thickens up, then slowly adds the milk while whisking.
Add the bone broth and whisk well. Add the cheese one small handful at a time, whisking the entire time. Once all these is whisked in, remove from heat and check for seasoning. You will need some salt.
Store cheese sauce in fridge or use immediately.
