For me it's weird seeing people pull the tails and heads off of prawns. We grew up eating them whole. Like head, shell, tail, and all. lol

As a Swede I must know if you've tried the Lingonberry drink at IKEA and if so what you think of it. It's pretty much a must get for my family whenever it's available at a diner here in Sweden.

Its really wierd to see Mike eat something that you know what tastes like. Especially to hear him talk about the taste in depth.
And you should try some classic Norwegian dishes like Smalahove (sheepshead), Pinnekjøtt (dried and salty sheep meat), Smoked Salmon and Fårikål (stew with sheep and greens)
Im sure you could find some Norwegian restaurants in Minnesota.
Edit: I made this comment before watching the entier video, but i stand by what wrote. You gotta try some classic Norwegian smoked salmon cuz WE MAKE THE BEST! NOT SWEDEN!

i work at IKEA in Sweden, all country has very different menus but all ofc have our staples like meatballs, the gravad lax and Daim cake etc. All fish at IKEA is MSC, The ecolabel shows that the fish is well managed, comes from viable stocks and that measures have been taken to reduce the impact on the marine environment.
