Easy No Knead Whole Wheat Bread ( Makes ONE loaf of bread):
– 1 cup + 3 tbsp (280g) Milk
– 3 tbsp (45g) olive oil
– 2 tbsp (30g) honey
– 2 tsp (7g) yeast
– 1 tsp salt
– 1½ (210g) Strong Bread flour 13% protein
– 1½ (210g) Whole Wheat Flour
– 3 tbsp seeds (optional)
