A Simple Recipe for Sourdough Bread | No Sugar, No Oil, and Absolutely Delicious!



Today, I’m sharing a simple recipe for Sourdough bread. It’s easy to make with just a few common ingredients, completely free of sugar and oil, making it both healthy and tasty. You’ll never get tired of it, even if you have it every week!

Dough Ingredients:
* 35g whole wheat flour
* 135g water
* 200g T65 flour
* 40g starter
* 4g salt
* 15g water

I'm sure it's lovely BUT – it's not wholemeal – and to me – it looks VERY time consuming compared to my wholemeal sourdough method – a method which requires far LESS intervention – yet produces a much more nutritious loaf. DM me if you're interested in the free recipe. Wholegrain is always best…..
