a few seconds on both sides of shrimp and later coat it with sauce….How would that be cooked enough for shrimp. doesn't make sense

But if you want people to follow your recipe to be able to make this dish, you have to talk slower. You are talking to fast. Someone has to play the video 10 times over just to try to understand what you're saying. Other than that everything looks good. That's just it looks good. If you understand what I'm trying to tell you slow down
