It's not about being negative Nancy that someone said. Or trying to be nasty with comments. But someone needs to help her understand it's way to much sugar and fats for people. God forbid for trying to help someone understand she's going to help someone get diabetes or other medical problems. She doesn't even look like she eats much of her own stuff she makes.

What is it with all that sugar?i couldn't eat it because of the sugar.
The cheesecake looks great, but egg proteins are super fragile. I would suggest creaming all of the wet stuff together and THEN adding the eggs one at a time, folding until just combined.
It'll take the texture to next level.
