  1. Mr Murch’s Ribs
    Marinate at room temperature for 2hrs covered with foil after doing the following below:

    Rub with mustard and soy sauce

    Season with generous amounts of:

    Sea salt
    Paprika
    Cayenne pepper
    Black pepper
    2 whole Lemon’s or lime’s juice
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Brown sugar

    Set oven to 275 degrees
    Bake for 2hrs 30mins covered

    Pull meat out to rest 20mins (pun possibly intended 😆)

    Coat with honey or agave nectar

    Now set oven to 425 degrees

    Once temperature is reached

    Put ribs back in oven uncovered for 15mins

    Let rest for 20mins & serve.

  2. All good but the liquid smoke, that stuff is horrible and so overwhelmingly artificial tasting and I can’t stomach it (not critical of your taste they look amazing) maybe I just had it when someone overused it.
