  1. To anyone who doesnt have alot of experience making a roux, NEVER "let it sit". You will burn it for sure and will ruin anything you put in it. He can only do that because he knows exactly how far to push it without burning it. And sometimes he burns it, lol. Just a pro tip for anyone who is a roux rookie, ALWAYS keep stirring!!!

  2. a little disappointed smh .. im here in Randallstown, Maryland and the Walmart here has the 2-Step and 2-Step Fire .. but it doesnt have the the Holy Trinity, Worcestershire that you use, or any of your other products .. whats up with that??
