I cook all these recipes in the air fryer. I will defrost overnight then cook in the airfryer at 380 F until the internal temp is 162F ( the meat will carry over temp to 165 as it rest). It usually takes about 10-12 minutes for chicken tenderloin. You can also pan sear, bake, or grill the chicken. All these marinades work well on salmon too!
My favorite ways to eat these include making a chicken salad, wrapped with low carb pita bread, hummus, and veggies, or a chicken ,low carb veggie, and complex carb meal. This makes putting meals together truly quicker than eating out.

I love cooking marinaded fish (and often a quick-cooking vegetable like broccolini or frozen green beans) on top of rice in the rice cooker – so easy and uses fewer pans. Or on top of some veggies and baby potatoes on a tray.
How much of the Badia Complete did you use for the Jerk Chimichurri marinade? It's not in the ingredient list.
Love these marinades, and thanks so much for the paper towel trick! 🎉
Love all your marinades…time and cleanup saver tip: make them directly in bags then add chicken.
