All of these are wonderful but cilantro tastes like soap to me so I'd leave that crap off lol
Dude, Roasted Green Chilis, Hatch Chilis or Roasted Poblanos are great with Queso & grilled Vidalia onions, garlic, Cilantro & grilled skirt steak wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla with fresh salsa dipping sauce! Arriba! 😅

I love sriracha and I love hatch green chili but it’s not hot enough for me anymore I’ve been eating a raw habanero with breakfast twice a day lately and it’s not enough for me but it helps a lot with my sinuses
I used canned corn for a similar street corn recipe… once. Lesson learned.
