Got it all wrong. That's how you make jeirky. You eat that bottom rack… see if you have any teeth left! Go back to grill 101.😂
Doesn't the bottom portion of the meat get overcooked and the top undercooked.
Hard to imagine an even cook like that but if it works, let's eat!
