Thanks! This was fantastic. I made it with 1 lb. of cod cut into 4 pieces. I cooked it for 13 mins in the middle rack of the oven @ 400 (convection), then 425 for 5 mins on the top rack. Added chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime when plating for an extra bit of brightness.

I will try his method next time. Yesterday I steamed some cod over a bed of garlic watercress . I’ve never tried to fry the frozen packaged one.
