Had to repost this frosty cook out throwing down for @NFL Sunday watching the @buffalobills 🤷🏻♂️ they gave me a cool apron.
Acornd fed Iberico Pork Pluma
-Marinated in a blend of grainy Dijon, Lemon juice & Zest, Garlic, Onion.
-Seasoned with salt and grilled over charcoal
-This is next level pork, sweet, rich, a little nutty and with the charcoal grill smoke, always a winner.
Steak Tasting
-Canadian Prime Wet aged and 60 day Dry Aged NY Strips from two of my favourite butchers.
-Rubbed with kosher salt on a wire rack overnight for tenderization, even seasoning and better browning/crust.
-Grilled over charcoal and served with chimichurri, fresh baguette and a garlic butter and herb sizzle platter.
