  2. I have cooked this once without kombu kelp other times i found on amazon. I found fermented bamboo on amazon too but found a quick replacement recipe online. I use crab/seafood sticks instead as well. This tastes so amazing especially the pork and eggs. I’ve also used chicken. Make sure to prepare early or use a pressure cooker. Thanks so much chef
