You didn’t say what type of flour you used. All-purpose? Bread flour? You should explain the differences.
People buy berad with preservatives? Interesting. Makes me glad I buy my bread from a company here in Western Australia that makes it fresh everyday and is 100% preservative free 😀 I do have my own breadmaker, but I find the breads I make in it make me more bloated than the bread I buy from the shop.

Ive tried several sandwich bread recipes that have all failed. I made this bread yesterday and it was perfect! Only thing ill change next time is instead of rolling it out to 8×12 , I might do 6×12 because it was a little on the short side. But its the perfect sandwich bread recipe!
