2 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp for cooking

Chat masala
3-4 tbsp butter

½ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp black salt
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chat masala
4 tbsp curd
