  1. بقرہ عید یعنی بڑی عید پر خوب ہڈیاں گڈیاں ہوتی ہیں میں بڑی عید پر تین چار مرتبہ بناتی ہوں دس پندرہ ہڈیاں اور چکنی بوٹی ڈال کر یخنی بنتی ہے تو اس پلاؤ کا ذائقہ ہی الگ ہوتا ہے بہترین بہترین پلاؤ بنتا ہے ۔۔

  3. Salam from Afghanistan. Dear sister i always watch ur videos and i learned several Pakistani dishes from ur channel. This time u cooked palaow and soon i will try it but next time please cook afghani palaow or pulao but in afghani we use less spices like cumin Zeera and a small piece of senimon or darcheen that’s it. We never use garlic because garlic breaks the rice and changes the taste. Cloves we never use in afghani palaow. We use less water , we use sella rice not basmati. We use cook carrots with the rice and kishmish we fry just for few seconds . We put it in dum for 40 minutes after drying the water. And plz try it with cotton oil ( zighir oil) or sesame oil ( kunjit oil ) but both the oil u have to cook with slices of onion befoer using
