1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 piece beef or pork cube
4 boiled eggs shelled (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cup water

Sarap, thanks for the recipe! Although, I imagine you could also add sliced and tostadong vienna sausage or red hotdog. And maybe for a brunch-y version, you could use soft- or medium-boiled eggs instead, so that the yolk is silky and breaks over the giniling when you cut into the egg. Good over buttered toast, garlic rice or hot pan de sal!
