  1. Looked very nice. A few things you didn't need to do like butter in the apple sauce or mustard on the carrots. It's comfort food indeed, but not something you'd eat regularly as it looks easily around 2000 calories a pop😂😂. The gravy granules at the end probably totally changed and ruined the flavour profile of the pork you took 3.5 hrs to achieve so I didn't see the point in that. Still looked good and yous both enjoyed it. I say it often Kieth but you really need to taste your food as you go, because if you had, I'd say you would not have added the bisto at the end.

  2. Hi kieth hi nat ooh no kieth you don't put butter in apple sauce you put raw apples cut up in a sauce pan over low heat with a little touch of water and sugar that's it let it simmer stir now n then as it cooks the apples soften and the sugar and touch of water thickens up to a nice apple sauce hope that helps ❤

  3. That looks really good Keith. Your Yorkshire puddings look fabulous. Nat you don’t have to apologise for not liking the apple sauce. I would rather you be honest and say you don’t like it than say you do. I’m thinking It’s probably because the apple was cooked with the pork and cider. I love a slow cooked meal.
