2. 소금, 후추, 파프리카 파우더 뿌리기
3. 트레이에 애플사이다 깔기
4. 고기 올리기
5. 에프 100도 1시간 30분
6. 20분 마다 식초, 애플사이다 섞어서 발라주기
7. 설탕, 녹인 버터, 바베큐 소스 뿌리기
8. 에프 130도 10분
