• 6 chicken thighs & 4 drumsticks

• Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes so the coating sticks better.

4️⃣ Fry the Chicken:
• Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F.
• Fry chicken in batches for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F).

5️⃣ Drain & Serve:
• Remove chicken and place on a wire rack or paper towel to drain.
• Let it rest for 5 minutes before digging in.
