  1. Im sorry my dude but that chicken looks raw. I don't know what it is but any BBQ chicken I make, I have to run it up to an internal temp of 180 – 190F to get the meat texture we like. If i try pulling chicken off at 165F, everyone complains that the meat is rubbery and raw tasting.
