A couple of days ago, we made homemade potato salad and served it with canned sardines! Guess who inspired me? 🎉 You! The potatoes, i mixed with fried veggies like leek, zucchini and onion. And i added some oil. And we had it with canned sardines.

I appreciate that these recipes can be done without the salted version of cod. In my area it is about $20/pound… sometimes fresh is more accessible, and authentic is the treat 😋
